height: 298px;\" \/> <\/a> <\/div> <\/div> <\/div> <\/div>\n<p><strong> Ingr\u00e9dients pour 4 personnes :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1kg de panais<\/li>\n<li>500g de poires<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;eau<\/li>\n<li>100 g de St Moret ou autre fromage frais<\/li>\n<li>sel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>La sauce l\u00e9g\u00e8re au porto :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>le jus de 2 oranges<\/li>\n<li>200 ml de Porto<\/li>\n<li>2 cuiller\u00e9es \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de miel<\/li>\n<li>sel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>La pur\u00e9e de panais et poires :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Faites cuire les panais et les poires jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils soient bien tendres. Les \u00e9goutter et mixer tout en ajoutant le Saint Moret et \u00e9ventuellement un peu d&rsquo;eau de cuisson.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La sauce l\u00e9g\u00e8re au porto :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9langer le jus des oranges, le porto et le miel.
